The body of this 1938 Delage D8-120 Aerosport is made of an aluminum alloy that has been specially alloyed to give it a stiffer structure. It is covered with a high gloss paint that is also rust resistant. This Delage has a polished aluminum front fender and has larger front air dams that are intentionally made to help dissipate engine noise. There is also side skirts that were cleverly added to improve aerodynamics. The Delage D8-120 has received many accolades from automotive publications, including the title of "Best Sports Car" in the "Best Overall Performance" category at the 2021 International Car Show. It was also awarded the "Manufacturer's Choice" by Auto Test Europe.
