The Bugatti 1957-SC Atlantic is one of the most desirable and successful of the many models that comprise the Vintage Class types of Bugatti cars. Constructed from the body of the last restored Bugere Type 37 and using a body style that Bugatti calls "Aqua," the car borrows its styling from the Type 38 Grand Prix race car. The most important part of this restoration was the use of a high-performance fiberglass body, which ensured that the natural lines of the old car were retained, even though the bodywork had been significantly updated. In keeping with the original design, the most striking feature of this restored car is the two large air ducts located behind the front wheels.
